History
Bionorica Pharmaceuticals, a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical plant located in the Maslovsky Industrial Park in the Voronezh Region, became part of the VTF production cluster in November 2024.
Today, it is an advanced production site integrated into the VTF ecosystem. It boasts an excellent engineering infrastructure, cutting-edge European equipment and GMP certificates.
The acquisition of this asset was a very big step in VTF’s strategy to expand capacities to manufacture high-quality and affordable medicines.

Production Capacities
Full-Cycle Production of Liquid Dosage Forms
VTF Leksredstva specializes in the manufacturing of non-sterile liquid dosage forms with a full cycle—from technology transfer and feedstock quality control to mass production and packaging of finished products.
Our technological expertise makes it possible for us to manufacture a variety of drugs, i.e.:
- nasal drops and sprays;
- oral drops;
- liquid forms for oral use (e.g., solutions, suspensions and syrups); and
- topical solutions.
Each stage involves strict QA/QC to guarantee drug safety, stability and efficacy.
Warehouse / Logistics / Fleet
The facility is designed to meet the strictest requirements for pharmaceutical logistics:
- a warehouse terminal with a 2,800-pallet capacity and truck entry/exit areas;
- a specialized storage for liquid bulk and hazardous substances (125 pallet positions).
Laboratories
- In-house analytical laboratory.
- Stability chambers.
- Retained sample warehouse.
Microbiological control with a certified contract laboratory.

During audits and project launches, our partners can take advantage of a well-organized comfortable environment, including:

Prospects
The integration of Leksredstva has significantly increased VTF’s production capacity. Today, the plant utilizes all available resources to produce a variety of pharmaceuticals both under VTF’s own brand and through contract projects. This strengthens the company’s position in the market and guarantees an uninterrupted supply of vital medications to Russian consumers.
